ETHCC[9] Referral Sprint — Terms & Conditions
Effective: March 27, 2026
1.Program Overview
Zealynx Security (“Zealynx”, “we”) operates this referral program during ETHCC[9] in Cannes, France (March 27 – April 5, 2026). Participants (“Referrers”) can earn rewards by referring projects to Zealynx for smart contract audit services.
2.Eligibility
Anyone except employees, contractors, or affiliates of Zealynx Security or competing security audit firms. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
3.How It Works
Submit referrals via zealynx.io/ethcc-referral. A “Qualified Referral” is a company that engages Zealynx for an audit engagement valued at $5,000 USD or more, signed during or within 30 days after the sprint period.
4.Rewards
Base reward (every referrer): $1,000 USD flat bonus + 20% commission per closed audit.
Competition bonus prizes — awarded to the top 3 referrers by number of qualified referrals. One winner per tier, paid in addition to the base reward:
- Bronze (3rd place): Additional $1,000 USD bonus.
- Silver (2nd place): Additional $2,000 USD bonus.
- Gold (1st place): Additional $3,000 USD bonus.
Commission is calculated on the net audit value (excluding taxes and third-party costs). Base rewards are paid within 30 days of audit completion and full payment receipt. Competition bonuses are paid within 14 days of the final leaderboard determination.
In the event of a tie, the referrer whose earliest qualified referral was submitted first wins the higher tier.
5.Qualification
Zealynx determines qualification at its sole discretion. A referral is qualified when: (a) the referred company contacts Zealynx, (b) signs an audit agreement worth $5,000 or more, (c) the audit is completed, and (d) payment is received in full.
6.Duplicate Referrals
If multiple referrers submit the same company, the first valid submission is credited. Existing Zealynx clients or leads already in our pipeline are not eligible.
7.Competition Period & Leaderboard
The leaderboard tracks all referrers who have submitted genuine referrals. Referrals appear as “pending” until the referred company signs an audit agreement. The final leaderboard standings are determined 30 days after the sprint end date (May 5, 2026) to allow time for audit deals to close. Competition bonus prizes are based on the final standings at that date.
8.Payment
Rewards are paid via bank transfer or crypto (USDC/USDT on Ethereum or Polygon). Referrers are responsible for all applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.
9.Anti-Gaming & Self-Referrals
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification:
- Referring yourself, your own company, or any entity you control or are employed by.
- Creating shell entities or fictitious companies to generate referrals.
- Submitting referrals for companies already in Zealynx’s pipeline.
- Using spam, misleading claims, or any method that damages Zealynx’s reputation.
10.Genuine Effort & Fraud Detection
Zealynx determines what constitutes a “genuine referral effort” at its sole discretion. We reserve the right to adjust leaderboard standings, withhold rewards, or remove participants if we detect fraudulent activity, coordinated gaming, or bad-faith submissions. Decisions by Zealynx on all matters relating to the program are final.
11.Modification
Zealynx may modify or terminate this program at any time with 48 hours notice via the program page.
12.Limitation of Liability
Total competition bonus prizes are capped at $6,000 USD in aggregate (Gold $3,000 + Silver $2,000 + Bronze $1,000). Base rewards ($1,000 + 20% commission per audit) are uncapped but subject to audit completion and payment. Zealynx’s liability is limited to the reward amount earned by the individual referrer.
13.Governing Law
This program is governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
